As the New Year comes around, losing 10 pounds, finding love or maybe traveling, these are all things that can be done at any time of the year yet most people wait until January 1st. Why? Because a new begging comes with a new mind set, maybe you had a great start to 2015 but as the year went on it started to drag and by March or April all those " resolutions" are now just what a goal used to be. Now why don't people stick to their resolutions? I saw this vlog and this very wise public speaker said "The things in life that you want but they are "too hard", you have mentally conditioned yourself that your life is OK or content without it, and this is how we lose the drive and desire to get it done." This is probably one of the most true things I ever heard, it was something that spoke to me a bit because this year my resolution was to save money so I can travel as much as i want and explore all the amazing places out there that this world has to offer.
