Randall S. Hanson wrote this article and he wrote this directing towards high school students as you can see. His idea in this article was to target 10 key points that us students should remember as our futures are ahead of us and some big decisions we are going to be making in the upcoming years for some maybe months for others. Randall points out key points such as you need to know what your dreams are and that is what you really want to do before you pursue the career of it. This is important because you can’t wake up every day of your life hating your job and trust me, I know some people who did that to themselves. Most importantly though you do not want to spend all that college education and that precious schooling and brain on something you actually don’t care about. “Challenge yourself but don’t overwhelm yourself” this is another great point by him, this is awesome because in the real world you need to know your limits and you need to know when people can‘t push you anymore. Another one by Randall was “Get as much education as you possibly can” This is important to this article and to me personally because free education is the only free education you get now, so why not use it the full advantage? Also by getting this mass amount of education you then realize what subjects are your strong points and what some weaknesses you may have are. Now these may be a few key points from this article but they are definatly the most important to me.
